What do you wish you knew when you started?
I just started on wegovy today, I would appreciate any advice at all.
I had the gastric sleeve surgery in 2021 (although I never really had too much of a restriction) and lost 60kgs and kept it off until falling pregnant and having a baby a year ago and since then has been gaining rapidly.
