I realise that Ibiza has largely become a commercial showcase, a far cry from the hippie and spiritual vibe of the past. But I wanted to rediscover that Balearic trance vibe. Tiesto’s return has played a big part in that, as has the 'Ibiza Record' residency at Es Paradis.

Do you have any tips on where to find authentic trance on the island, or even any recommendations for places to listen to proper music?
