Pressure in my face
Everything started back in 2024 i had went to the beach for a couple days and then the week after everything started.
To summarize 2024 I had a sinus infection multiple xrays and a ct scan showed that I had fluid in my sinuses. After multiple antibiotics and scans they decided to do sinus surgery where they removed cartilage in my nose to help drain the fluid recovery was rough. I also had a neurologist trying to treat it as a migraine when I had 0 migraine symptoms he also did a mri and it showed nothing, he gave me multiple kinds of migraine medicine and they didn't work.
My pain would be between a 7 and a 10 on a daily basis. Everything started in March and I finally got the surgery beginning of December.
In 2025 I still had the pain but I was so burnt out of doctors that I didn't want to fight anymore to try and find an answer. Pain level is between a 3 and 5 on a daily basis. In December of this year I went to my primary and he gave me an antibiotic and I got a ear infection and a yeast infection just from being on the antibiotic.
In 2026 I've started up the fight again so far I've seen a physical therapist a new ent and the same neurologist from last time.
What I've been told:
Physical Therapist - Sinus headache she did some facial massages to get drainage in sinuses I would feel nauseous and tired afterwards.
New ENT - Migraine stuck a tiny camera up my nose and discovered there's no fluid in my sinuses and recommended i buy a supplement (Migrelief) toke it for a week did nothing.
Neurologist - Migraine gave me samples of Ubrelvy and told me to come back in 3 months. I've been taking it for a week and it hasn't done anything.
Symptoms - pressure in my face that moves around between my nose forehead and jaw. When the pain is around an 8 it effects my pots and I can get lightheaded a lot faster. Only things that I can tell make it worse in a lot of rain and me crying.
