We failed the means test. My wife was working two full-time jobs. I’m still working my PT job and watching our son. But due to family issues and lack of childcare (and due to the fact that it just wasn’t sustainable), she had to quit her second FT job. Her last day was 4/19. We officially filed on 4/28 and our 341 meeting is on 5/27. Any idea on what types of questions we will get from the trustee? I was feeling good about finally filing but now I’m nervous.

Edit to say: we do have an attorney. He said they would ask just straight forward close-ended questions. Will we have an opportunity to explain why she stopped the second FT job?
