Anyone else get a call back basically saying the claim was denied but I have no other information for you other than you can email the settlement, which I’ve already done. Looks like we are just out of luck.
The girl was basically a robot repeating the same things over again. She said she had to make thousands of these calls so I don’t expect her to even care/try to help.
