Hello Ive had lower back pain pretty noticeable for maybe 3-6 months now and im wondering what I should do or maybe what the cause is, I’m only 20 so I feel like I should probably be feeling better. I am a 20 year old male and I work a Blue collar job and I’ve noticed that I feel the stiffness mainly when I have to either bend down or kneel to the ground, I say stiffness because it doesn’t so much hurt to the point where I can’t continue what I’m doing but it feel like i definitely lose some flexibility due to this stiffness, i recently started using a back roller to roll out my glutes and hamstrings and also correcting my posture and after I do these stretches the back pain gets relieved pretty much instantly until i get to walking around again even when im not working, I am active and I go on a walk every day just to keep myself occupied is this possibly making it worse for me? I also try to wear supportive footwear like Birkenstocks while I get home from work if that even makes a difference but overall I’d like to hear what you guys have to say!!!

Hey guys I am starting up a welding and fabrication build and I am wondering what the best way to get clients is, I have buisness cards and pass them out and it has worked to get a small amount of clients but I was wondering if anyone had any better suggestions to drive in much more clients as I am soon going full time on my business

Hey guys I’m looking for some advice, I have a car that I’ve had for about two years and it’s treated me great I have no issues with the payment (never a late payment) I am just in the market for a truck I have been slowly building my welding business and it has been growing smoothly but it’s getting to the point where a truck is a need now, my current situation is I want to trade in my car towards the truck, my car has about 4K in negative equity and I will pay this balance off but instead of financing with the dealer I would like the get a auto loan for better rates etc I have a 760 credit score and can easily pay a monthly payment for a truck but I am working if this is the right move, would I trade in my car to the dealer and pay the difference in equity and then use the auto loan to purchase the truck?
