





I bought this product on headphone zone around July 2025. Initially, it worked fine. But after just 2-3 months, it failed to work. I had a 1 year warranty on the product, but I had my doubts regarding the customer service as this was all new to me. So instead of getting it fixed, I purchased audiocular d07 DAC on conceptkart (works fine till date). I even started referring others to go for d07, instead of JA11 because of the issue I faced.
As you can see from the attached screenshots, I reached out to customer support quite later. I was busy and lazy, so I forgot to follow up with them. And recently, I packed my product as per the given instructions and sent it via speed post.
Today, I received a replacement. It is working fine as of now. I will update this over time, if needed. Just be aware of your unit. Overall, this process was quite smooth. I did not expect this honestly. Kudos to the team of headphone zone for their prompt service.
