What the government has done/had done in past is good. But this time should be utilised only and only to consolidate cadre meticulously.

What can be that one reason for using this platform that outshines?
With 2/3rd MPs from Punjab joining the BJP, it seems a possibility of 2/3rd MLAs falling out and moving for a no-confidence motion against the current government.
If that happens, President rule will be declared by the BJP government and thus will gather time to develop ground connect for the coming elections while being the de facto Punjab Government.
Edit 1: Assembly session called on 1st May. Lets see what happens.
