I checked with the mods before posting this, as I did not want to just assume it would be okay.
The Everybump Community is currently building out a new Care & Support section with NDIS, disability, carer and aged care areas.
The aim is to add plain-English guides and persistent discussion spaces that are actually useful for people trying to understand the system, ask questions or support someone else through it.
I am also a carer myself, so I know how confusing and exhausting it can be trying to work through the NDIS, supports, assessments and all the language around it.
If there are guides, topics or resources you wish existed, or things you wish had been explained simply when you were starting out, you are very welcome to reply here with ideas.
