Hi! Last year I found out I have really bad sleep apnea, like pausing breathing 80 times an hour when anything over 50 is considered severe. Cpap machines 75% covered by ohip but the remainder is still about 1000$. I’m on OW so I can’t afford that and can’t get credit.

I asked my worker about the ADP but she says thats only for people on ODSP who need equipment because of their disability and sleep apnea isn’t a disability.

Has anyone ever got funding for a cpap or some other “non essential” medical gear?
