I am about to take a dose of 2.5mg tomorrow and also I am a newbie to this.

I wanna know how much immediately the side effects take place and how long those lasts.

secondly what's the best time to take the dose.

can I take it early in the morning without eating or drinking anything and have breakfast after 2 hours of taking a dose?

also can someone suggest meds for side effects like diarrhoea and headache etc.
