Hi, unsure if this is the right place to post this. As title states, I’m looking for someone to watch my dog with separation anxiety. We have been invited to celebrate with my parents for the Fourth of July, who are coming from out of state to visit and booked a VRBO. While we would love to include our dog, he’s got a lot of anxiety & we’re afraid he won’t handle the fireworks well. Our home is more in the city in a quiet area about an hour from the area they wish to celebrate in, and we feel he would be more comfortable at home.
Are sitters on rover comfortable with a full 24 hour pet sit gig? I see a lot of posts saying they do overnight care, however, they’re more like on and off drop ins for the 24 hr period, which he just can’t handle :/ Ofc this will all be openly stated to potential sitters, but just wondering if this kind of care is even possible to receive on this site? If not, we have his best interest at heart & will decline the holiday trip. Thanks!
