thoughts on degrees to choose
context: I’m a science student that had just finished foundation in science. I obtained 8A+ for all subjects and 1 A for biology and since I could remember, I have always LOVED science.
out of the three, physics, chemistry and biology, i loved (and understands) physics most primarily due to calculations and theory that goes hand in hand. thus, my strengths is mainly on mathematics. for biology… i struggled a lot when studying since it is hard for me to memorise any.thing. so, any medics major mayy not be a choice, though im searching for medic + phy major, yet still no luck.
I’m thinking of pursuing actuarial science for my degree since it is in high demand, great pay, and mostly calculations, with some theory on finance/economics etc. BUT, that also means I’m leaving science behind which I genuinely am passionate of. any thoughts on what you would choose/do if you were in my place? thanks!
