First ever Reddit post so apologies if I get it wrong!

We've been on the market since the end of January (and I must admit I hadn't realised it was that long until now). Loads of viewings and one or two low ball offers that didn't seem to go anywhere.

I think it's reasonably priced for the street, but I'm sure you'll all tell me if I'm wrong. I've asked our agent if it's the decor but apparently people really like it. I've asked if it's the lack of parking but she said that's easily remedied by ripping up our lovely cherry trees and making a driveway, as many on our street have done, so there is precedent.

I've asked if it's the small garden and she said that most of the feedback is that, but obviously we can't change that.

There is another down the street that is comparable in size but with only one bathroom and a bigger garden, that has just gone up for 260k.

Feedback welcome but please be gentle!
