Hi all, since it is the weekend and I don't expect support to quickly react I thought I ask here quickly. tldr below.
I am currently on a trip and need to prepare some VERY important talk which I will give next week. I'm completely f***ed if this laptop fails me now.
This morning I was working on it and at some point realized the laptop was staying on 55% charge for a long time and only reached 56% after more time had passed. I pulled the charger as I often have the problem at home with my usb-c dock that I need to plug it a few times until it charges... this was always the case, kind of annoying but not enough to actually do something about it.
When I now pulled the plug the laptop went off as if you pull the power cable from a desktop PC. A reboot fixed that though and I also could recover all my work.
Now I saw that the laptop is not charging at all and the battery ia getting low. I tried several chargers, all 4 ports, different cables, powerbanks, nothing works. When I plug something the charging symbol lights up for a split second but that's it...
Anyone with an idea? I'm in a world of pain if I can't use my computer anymore now...
TLDR: framework13 is not charging anymore at the worst possible time :( heeeelp
