What’s the closest you can get to the non-compete without breaking it? Is it only UserWeb or environment logins?

I have aspirations to maybe be analyst after this place, or at least stay in healthcare. obviously I know working at a competitor or as an analyst is a No. But say I became a medical assistant at a local hospital in those 2 years and need access to system, would I be blocked even if I’m really just an end user and not a emr admin? What about in business support function not in direct clinical/emr space?

How skiddish are customers on hiring during the non-compete even in non direct EMR roles?

Edit just for clarification, it’s not that im purposefully trying to sneak around the non-compete. Just want to see what options are open.
