Maintenance once a month sessions

Hi everyone,

I’ve been on Spravato for about 7 months (2x/week for ~4 months, then weekly). I recently moved and had a 3 mo gap, and I’m now back in a depressive episode similar to before I started.

Because of work and clinic availability, I can only realistically do Spravato once a month now. I’m worried that’s too infrequent to be effective. But it helped me a lot before and I would love to be able to get back into maintenance on it.

Has anyone done monthly maintenance and still gotten benefit, or is that usually not enough?

Hi all!

I’ve been considering going RD > PA for the past year. I’ve been an RD for 2 years.

I’m also a military spouse and am anticipated to move in 3 years, probably around the time I’d hopefully be applying after completing pre reqs. So it’s hard to tell what I need, given I really have no idea where I’m going to apply. I’m worried I would spend all this time preparing to apply and end up not being able to go/ having to do long distance with my husband. But a huge benefit is I can use my husband’s GI bill to pay for PA school, as I already have a lot of student loans from my RD.

Ultimately my reasoning for wanting to go back is I want to be more involved in patient care. Obviously the money is a huge benefit as well. I feel like as an RD I am just there to fulfill a requirement and we don’t actually make much of a difference.

I just want to be sure I’m making a smart career move financially, logistically, and overall fulfillment wise. Does anyone have any thoughts/tips?
