[TOMT] Need help remembering this low budget movie
This movie was a kind of low budget hood movie. I was always renting movies like lockdown, state property, blood in blood out American me ect. This particular movie had some Latinos on the cover I believe one had three dots on his hand. The movie was probably late 90s early 2000s. It was pretty much about this Mexican goes to jail and while he’s in jail his girlfriend goes to this black guy for drugs and he tells her to do some type of sexual favors like she used to, and she tells him she has changed but he pretty much forces her. Not trying to be inappropriate just remembering what I can. I’m pretty sure the guy that goes to jail is a south sider and when he gets out I remember him wearing a red shirt which showed he was trying to change his life
