Does anyone have any other recommendations as far as a testosterone blocker? I was really hoping Spironolactone would work but I had to stop taking it due to side effects :/

I will be attending a music festival in June and it supposed to be super hot and muggy, lots of walking. I’ve already looked into ADA camping/accommodations but I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice of things to bring and or buy to help accommodate my time there and make things more comfortable. I’ve been struggling a lot with my POTS lately and having a lot of flares. I don’t want something I once enjoyed something I’m not able to do anymore because I just feel awful :( any advice helps 💞

So is there no way to have two cars in ADA base camp? I’m coming in with 2 friends in one car but my other friend has her own car and wanted to follow behind us to be able to camp with us. I’m confused on how to go about buying passes

Hi all first time Roo goer. I am going with my bf and his two friends and we are traveling in one car and meeting his other friend at the gate in their car. We all wanted to camp together however I’m ADA and have a handicap tag. How do we go about buying passes? Do we need to buy (1) ADA camp pass and all 3 of us in one vehicle could camp in ADA? Or do they only allow (1) companion to camp with me in ADA? Can the person in their car alone come camp with us too and follow behind us even though they don’t have a handicap tag? Please help 🥹

Has anyone with POTS actually had success with Spironolactone? I was prescribed this for my PCOS but I also have POTS. It has sent me into the worst POTS flare I’ve ever had and I do not know how to come out of it. Granted, I started off on 100mg. Could that have been too much? Is it worth it to maybe try a lower dose? Can someone recommend salt tablets products? Doctor is now recommending I start Metoprolol. Need advice please 🤞🏼💞
