I’m referencing the magic carpet in S5 E48. for some context: Simon stole the carpet from marcelines crazy ex ( forgot his name ) and he flew it to ice kingdom, when Simon brings betty to the future, she tells the carpet to go to bella noche, then at the end of the episode you can see her on it again.
NOW, my question is: is the carpet? sentient? or have a conscience or something? it listens to demands because betty told it to go to a place she did not know, and it didn’t seem to have a connection to marcelines ex when simon stole it.
I’m wondering if the carpet can be trained? maybe betty can have it adapt to her, to prevent it from being stolen maybe idk. random thought lmk what you think the carpet rules or cannon is.
