Hi all,

I run a salsa band and for about a year and half now we have been working off a 4 input passport setup. As we get more and larger gigs (inside/outside events, usually 100-150 people), the passport setup is not cutting it. I’ve gone and invested in my mixer and mics, and the last piece now is the speakers. I am particularly eyeing a set of (2) ZLX15p and (2) ZXA1 subs on Marketplace for $1000. Is this worth it for the price? I know the subs are pretty old now and the ZLX is the lower tier from EV but I checked them out and they do sound pretty good, just haven’t had the chance to use them in context. Another listing I’m eyeing is a set of alto TS412s for $500, but I’m thinking the EV setup is a better long term investment
