I'm about to put a deposit down for an apartment I found, and I've been put in touch with Seth from Lang Realty.

I googled him and I'm seeing a bunch of articles come up regarding the landlord, Seth Miller, that Mamdani and his administration had flagged as "on the Public Advocate's Worst Landlords list".

Basically, I'm looking to understand if these two are the same people/do I need to be concerned? The apartment is in South Brooklyn, so I'm pretty sure they're not, but better safe than sorry I guess? I couldn't find any leads online so wanted to see if anyone had any experience with Lang Realty/Seth?
