My spouse is sponsoring me for PR but our application was returned. They insist the form IMM5532 must be signed but instructions remain that the form can only be electronically signed and not printed and scanned back. I’m very confused. Also, we uploaded our marriage certificate alongside our Solemnization of Marriage in the Additional Supporting Documents section yet they claim to not have received the Marriage certificate. What are we doing wrong?

For added context, IMM5532 was the only returned form but other forms were also not signed for the same reason. They just returned this one specifically.
