I got this off the bay and I am having trouble finding information on it. it appears to be part of a candy pack from the early 2000s in japan but i cant find much about rarity or value. Might try to grade it. I added a reference pic so you can see how tiny it is and a pic of a listing for a sealed package I found online. if anyone knows anything about these please share!
