Received a N.O.I.D notice for my foreign spouse after our interview this morning. I felt like our I-130 and I-485 interview went great but when my wife originally applied for her B2 visitor visa in 2023. (before we married), we were technically engaged and she stated that she was coming to see me and called me a friend. The plan was really for her and I to stay together for a month here and she returned after a month and then decide if we still wanted to get married (just to meet my family and see how comfortable she was living with me and the culture here). She returned here 5 months later and we got married. She moved in last year and we started the process in August 2025. We now have a baby due in 2 months. Is there any recommendations to help save this with the waiver?
