I’m at a 730 and wife is at 790. I’m 100% VA so they will be taking off property taxes and adding $100 for home insurance. Current loan is at 6.1%. Loan amount $329,000. Current payment $2000 + $100 in homeowner insurance. Any advice will help. Thank you.
