[PubQ] are senior, well-established agents okay for debut?

I often see people talking about choosing between agents and going with a Junior agent or a smaller agency even when they have interest from a senior well-established agent at a big agency.

I’m curious if people have personal experience debuting with these big, senior agents with best selling authors on their roster. Did they give you attention, or treat you as an afterthought ?

If one of them was interested in me I would think it’s a great opportunity as they clearly know what they’re doing. But as I begin my selection process of agents to query, I would be so grateful if I could hear personal experiences

Thank you.
