Can I boost my CGPA by taking six classes next semester to hopefully supplement an elective I did poorly in?

For context, I am in the process of applying to extremely GPA sensitive post-graduate programs where the difference between a 3.90 and a 3.92 can completely change application outcomes. I am at this point where my GPA is marginally below median (like the above scenario).

Last semester I took an elective where I got a B and it unfortunately put me in this situation. If I take six classes next semester (by taking a course that would count towards my degree), is there any way that I can get that sixth course to replace the B and get the B specifically e-flagged so that it didn't count toward my degree, but instead replace it with the better grade? This would put me in much better position GPA wise.

I am also open to any other suggestions to CGPA boost.
