I want buy 70% (or 60%) Vanguard FTSE All-World UCITS ETF (USD) IE00B3RBWM25.

I would like to invest the remaining percentage solely in the European market as a balance or buffer, using either the Vanguard FTSE Developed Europe UCITS ETF Distributing IE00B3RBWM25 or a pure EU-specific ETF.

Does this make sense, or not?
