I filed my charge myself but for some reason it never was filed. Luckily I went there and discovered this, and was able to show I had a filed stamp copy. They are now fixing it. Cant wait till my employer is serve. I now must hurry up and wait. I will check back in 15 days just to make sure everything is going smooth. Moral to the story Trust but verify.
