Hey everyone! I struggle with pretty severe OCD and anxiety surrounding natural disasters, especially earthquakes. Recently, I was at a concert and noticed my anxiety about earthquakes getting significantly worse while waiting in the venue before any music even started. I’ve noticed this happen multiple times at concerts or venues.

I’m wondering if there’s some kind of psychological phenomenon or explanation for this? I’ve never experienced any earthquakes before, I am from the PNW so I am worried about “The Big One”.

Also, if anyone experiences something similar, do you have any tips for managing it in the moment? I’d really appreciate hearing from others who relate.

TL;DR- My anxiety went up during concerts but goes down immediately after exiting the venue. Why?

I just finished binging Rizzoli & Isles on Netflix, as well as The Residence + a couple other shows, and now I have that “what do I watch next” problem!

I’m looking for crime/thriller shows that actually keep you guessing. I hate when it’s either way too obvious or so confusing that it’s not even fun. (like where the timeline jumps back & forth like The Staircase, or it gets bland after the second episode).

I usually love shows with a new case every episode like Rizzoli & Isles, but I’m open to longer storylines too if they’re done well. I really want something that’s worth binging.

Any recommendations?
