Re(a)nt in Kochi - Detailed

Before stating what I am looking for, here are some basic things -

Yes. I am a bachelor looking for a space in Kochi. I am a professional. I seek the space to come relax at the end of the day and have some privacy of my own. So no. I will not have my friends over for partying or bring girls over nor do I plan to smoke weed. I am not a guy who drinks and does shenanigans. I keep my residential place always clean. Obviously I don't destroy furniture or draw on walls but since I am a bachelor and such stupid doubts are in people's minds, here is the answer. In short, I just want a place to live. I will look after the place as my own, clean it, maintain it and all the appliances will be taken care of because I need to use them for myself as well! I do pay the rent on time no matter what and I won't call you (owner) for issues such as bulb not working and stuff.

Now what I seek for:

A 1bhk/studio/RK apartment. With parking space for a bike. I don't have my car often, mostly never. I also don't mind sharing 2/3BHK so as long as I have one bathroom attached bedroom for myself. I don't mind even sharing such spaces with couples as well. I am a man of privacy and I give as much as I need it. Not sure if such practice is common in Kochi yet.

Area - Anywhere between Kaloor and MG Road leading up all the way till High Court. I prefer a furnished/semi furnished space. But if you can offer me discounts on rent, I shall even take up unfurnished.

I would not put my rent expectations here as then that would be quoted as the base price to me. We can discuss.

Probably I will not get anything but here's the thing. I am not planning to get married right now just so that I can get a stay in Kochi. Also, I will take care of your space better than those married peeps you (owner) craves for.

Any leads would be appreciated. Namaste!
