Hey Queens,

I've really messed up on my taxes. I am currently on two payment plans and am afraid I will owe again this year (filed an extension). I missed filing back in 2023 and now am left with a ton of penalties. I also never got my refund from NJ. My lady at H&R Block always deflects my questions. I know I've messed up, but I need to get a handle on this with someone who knows how to be kind when I ask stupid questions and can tell me exactly what to put on my withholding so I stop owing money and being on these insanley high payment plans.
