So I started to play another game for gem rewards (from store section). After receiving some gems initially, I stopped getting gems upon milestone completion.
I made multiple complaints but got the same BS response ("violation of terms and conditions") all time without any further explanation.

Yet another reason to say F U to TC devs!!!
