Just found this Lil dude in my bathroom. What is he/she? And do i need to be worried? I've never seen this kind before.

Google keeps saying it's a German cockroach nymph but I don't think it is. It was more like walking and not moving fast, it was crawling up something. This is the best picture i could get of it before it fell.
