I already have an unexpired H1B stamp until 30th September this year. I got a new approval and need stamping again.

I’m a little confused on whether I’d qualify for a dropbox or need an interview?

Im currently on H1B 3rd year, and in the process to file 1-140. My application is in PWD (Prevailing Wage Determination) stage of the PERM process.

At the same time, I have a promotion coming up from PM1 to PM2.

My question is: could this promotion affect my I-140 application?

Additional question: If yes, which one should I give up?
