Overnight Orange Juice Wet Brine on Pork Ribs
Alright so I’m going to try this out and I’m not too sure if I’m going to destroy three racks of ribs. But plan is I’m going to wet brine ribs overnight in a solution of orange juice, 3 tbsps of apple cider vinegar, chili powder, salt and minced garlic. And then run a sweet and spicy dry rub 321 on the traeger. Anyone ever try this or something similar?
