The website loads fine, but when I try to access my account, I get the error screen in the image. I tried Google Chrome and Firefox, and incognito in both. Also tried Chrome on my cell phone. I cleared the cache and cookies, restarted the computer, and restarted the Wi-Fi modem. I get this page each time.

I just started using the site yesterday. I was working on activities for a lesson plan. I was able to download the app, but I can't access my activities from there.

I've been trying for over an hour, and now I'm getting a 502 Bad Gateway error.

I didn't see anywhere else to report it, so I thought I'd try here.
