Anyone here actually landed an amazing job in this tough market? Tell me your story.

Hey guys,

Everyone keeps talking about how hard and competitive the job market is right now, and honestly it can feel discouraging sometimes. But I’d love to hear from people who actually had a great outcome this year and landed an amazing opportunity.
What happened? How did you get the job? Was it networking, applying nonstop, luck, referrals, LinkedIn, recruiters, or something unexpected?

I think hearing positive stories could help motivate a lot of people right now. :)

I recently went through the interview process with Mercor and had to complete an assessment test, but unfortunately I didn’t pass it.

I wanted to ask if anyone knows whether failing one of their assessments prevents you from being considered for future opportunities with Mercor, or if you can still apply again for other roles later on.

Would appreciate any insight from people who’ve been through the process. Thanks!
