I’m knitting a size M and I’m working on the back yoke and I’m doing the German short rows. Row one says “work in pattern to 4 sts after the last RS turn (meaning you work the short row stitch from the previous RS row and then knit the next 4 sts, turn”

I’m down to 4 sts left on the needle for my RS row and I’m only on Row 4.

Am I correct in understanding that for the RS row (row 1) I am knitting in moss stitch 4 sts after the last RS turn, then knitting an additonal 4 sts after that? So 8 sts are worked after the previous RS turn total?
