I live in Aurora, grew up here as well (since first grade). I have a house, 2 cats. I went to CSU

I am a software dev and working on becoming an aircraft mechanic (just have final tests left for the certification)

I have plenty of interaction with people every week through work, gym classes, music lessons, helping my parents out, etc but I don't really hang out often with friends; and to be honest I think I really only have a handful of friends scattered throughout Colorado.

Interested in:

Joining softball team - (I played baseball for decades, most recently played in a mens league a few years ago - would be nice to hit a few more homeruns)
going bowling (the hbo max series got me into it)
climbing - (I use to climb a lot. At one point I was thinking about taking training to become an apprentice rock guide, If we do climb I am pretty strict about safety, I have known people who died climbing)
flying (maybe... I have a pilot's license but it is not current, so I cannot fly as pilot in command without a flight review)
Joining short classes about different crafts (acting, blacksmithing, cooking, crocheting, etc, whatever, doesn't need to be art related)
Playing chess - Rated 1600 on chess.com
Board games
Going to shows
Playing music (2 years on cello, attempting to learn classical and acoustic guitar)
Building stuff/helping out on mechanical projects (I also have taken woodworking courses at Red Rocks CC)
Volunteering. I volunteer through my church but also willing to join in helping any volunteering project (does not need to be faith based)
Language learning (Right now I'm studying Japanese - sort of)
Book club
Gym/running club (I do crossfit 2-3 times a week)
Any activity where risk is death is low. No skydiving, for now at least. I have have 23 solo jumps - somewhere during that time I had vivid dream of dying in skydiving accident.

I like hanging out with people who are generally pretty chill and not super high strung. I don't smoke weed or drink a lot. No judgement if that's your thing
