Which glasses with amblyopia ?

Hello everyone, I have a few questions about my case and my glasses.

(1st picture with the rear camera, 2nd with front one)
I have a very strong myopia on my right eye (-11.75) and a much weaker one on my left eye (+0.25). So I have amblyopia, basically it’s when you have a high prescription difference between two eyes. In my case it is a deep amblyopia which resulted in me having monovision. So I only see with one eye and my brain has therefore decided not to use the vision of my right eye.

I have always had a complex about my glasses because they were very different from other kids around me . So I’m looking for solutions regarding my glasses to be more aesthetic because it’s really super ugly to have a normal eye and another that looks like a grain of dust… I was thinking of choosing a reduced glass thickness, possibly taking lenticular glass but even this option is not so aesthetic. And in addition it is very expensive, I was also thinking of taking much smaller prescriptions so that the effect is less visible but the majority are not adapted to my face. In addition, I am a student, which limits my choices even more.

I am currently 20 years old and I am thinking more and more about having surgery on my messed up eye, even if it will not technically change my vision, because I only see with one eye. I already tried to wear lenses when I was a child but I couldn’t stand them. Now I’m more open to the idea, but I still prefer to wear glasses because I prefer my head with glasses and I’ve gotten used to it a lot.

Thank you for your help and support.
