53 Male here-Need help. For the last few years I have been speaking through chats and caring for a girl. 10 days back somehow confessed the love and yesterday things ended up bad way. I body shamed her as she became fat recently by calling her names and also mocked her mensural cycle, also mocked her professionally. There was miscommunication around July 2025 and she didn't speak to me until I approached her in Jan 2026 , she replied but again stopped talking 2 times when I didn't show any concern when her dear ones felt ill. I dont want to listen to her sad stories and just be a part of her happy life & achievements. And now I have done all these. Should I go back to her? I just said that I won't go to her again. I already hurt her so much and causes trouble. What to do? She is all alone in her life and I ended up making her feel more bad. Is she gone from my life? Will see give me a chance? Deep there, I love and care for her but things got messed up. I also planned to meet and said I will be always there for her. What to do now? Please suggest. Also, treating her badly, will it have any negative impact on me? Please help.
