Hello guys.

I wanted to buy land in Tanzania for Avocado farming but I am not sure which area is optimal and prepared to do this process. Also when I checked some online websites for buying lands they often show really expensive prices around 6billion shillings is this normal or is there another way to buy land that I am not aware of. Please help me (I am not asking to buy anyones land I am just asking for redirections)
