Scarring help! [Acne]

I’ve had this scarring for about 2 years now and I’ve been consistently using the Ordinary or Good Molecules Azelaic acid. I also use the ordinary salicylic acid mask and a Mandelic acid here and there.

I have a few indented scars (circled, icepick scars I think?) that are noticeable even when wearing makeup, it’s really messing w my self-confidence now. I never used to have this type of skin and now there’s dark spots and indented scarring, idk what to do :/

Would a tretinoin help?

I considered microneedling too but I’m not sure if it would help with this or if it would be a waste of money?
