Im in the airforce and just started out working out by myself for the first time outside of basic training. But im completely unsure if my routine is good- overkill- or I need to be doing something entirely different. Any help is appreciated.
Protein shakes/creatine
12-16 ounces water used for 5g doses creatine
Twice a day
4 L (water bottles) a day- to five if worse
150-210 grams of protein a day
120~ suggested by a dude
Workout schedule-
One by threes three times a day
Today- 1
Every workout- 3 sets of 8-12 till failure
70-80%
1.5 miles every day- abs every day
Monday- triceps and chest
Tuesday- back and legs
Wednesday- biceps and shoulders
Thursday- triceps and chest
Friday- back and legs
Saturday- biceps and shoulders
Sunday- rest
