Literally the only "feat" full HR Tsurugi has is blitzing a base, injured, Maru lol.

Maru for example had to use the marulu ore just to be able utilize all the CE in Rika's ring in order to use idle transfiguration on the entire population of Japan. The marulu ore is able to convert CE into any other energy source extremely efficently, similar to how a CT converts CE into whatever the CT does. And the more marulu ore you have the more CE you can do this at once meaning you can scale the output the amount of marulu ore you have. So when idle transfigurtion was used with Rika's ring and the marulu ore he could drastically increase the output capability of idle transfiguration.

If Maru didn't have the ore, he would have a nigh infinite amount of CE but he would have to use idle transfiguration only on a few people max at a time because he simply wouldn't have the output to use it all at once.

I'm not saying it isn't extremely useful to have a large amount of CE as you can just keep spamming domains and RCT without the risk of running out and keep up max CE output reinforcement with no concern of running out, but for absolute high tiers running out of CE is never shown to be a real concern and unless you expect the fight to last for literal hours it's not going to be meaningful.

Sukuna had a lot more prior knowledge helping him than people realize. He figured out the meaning of the wheel represents a complete cycle and harmony because that is literally what it does in Buddhism. That together with hearing Megumi's chant (that specifically refers their role in Buddhism as a divine treasures of the eight legions to protect the Dharma) and knowing about cursed spirit/myth of a similar power helps him on finding out Mahoraga's ability.

Mahoraga is literally based on a being in Buddhist myths. Buddhism was the prevailing religion in Japan during the heian era. The whole story of JJK is riddled with parallels to buddhism.

And Yamata no Orochi being stated to having a similar ability/condition to kill definitely would help as well.

People just heavily underestimating how much prior knowledge Sukuna had that helped him figure out Mahoraga's adaption, mostly because they are completely ignorant of the symbolism Sukuna managed to pick up because of his knowledge of buddhism.

Meanwhile Dabura is quite literally on an alien planet with no knowledge of its cultures, religions and cursed energy system that didn't even know what a Shikigami was. He had a MASSIVE knowledge disadvantage compared to Sukuna yet figured out Mahoraga's ability almost as fast as him.
