What benefits can you expect from transferring from t50 to t14 if your goal is big law, considering firms now hire based on first semester grade? I would appreciate it if you could discuss both scenarios. 1) you land big law from the current school. Is it worth adding 200k in debt just for the prestige? Or are there other benefits even if you have summers lined up? 2) you stike out of 1L hiring. Do firms still hire 2Ls and 3Ls?
