I have just started a channel and I have had one video do well and get around 8.7 k views, the issue is that I have a particular audience pool now but want to widen that pool. I want to use Google Ads to promote the channel to a separate audience so I don’t get pigeon holed to one audience. I wondered if there is a way to use google ads to promote channels to a specific community and grown organically.
I’m not trying to use the ads for views or subscribers but for people to see my videos pop up in recommendations and their for you page. So an increased visibility.
I have seen a lot of issues on here with Google Ads and that growing organically is the best but I’m on the fence as I’m afraid that the way the channel is growing that I would only be able to stick to the audience that engages the most and the other audience pool I want to reach out to gets even more difficult for me and stay within really low views.
Please do advise me on this.
