I wanted to share my timeline and get an idea of what to expect next for BFD/EAD.
Here are my details:
Filed I-918 (U visa) + I-765: September 23, 2025
Package delivered: October 2, 2025
Received I-918 receipt notice (IOE): Recently (after delay)
I-765: Lawyer confirmed it was filed and received (got access code, but I haven’t received my own receipt notice yet)
Biometrics notice received: April 2026
Biometrics completed: April 28, 2026
Filing location: USCIS Lockbox (routed to Nebraska Service Center / SCOPS)
Based on current trends, how long is it taking for BFD (bona fide determination) after biometrics for 2025 filers?
When did you receive your EAD (c14) after BFD?
Any recent 2024/2025 filers here who got BFD already?
Would really appreciate if anyone with similar timelines can share their experience 🙏
